About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Field Sales Representative to strengthen relationships with bottler partners and help grow distribution. You’ll educate and motivate partner teams, turning everyday account visits into opportunities to increase volume and expand reach.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bottler and partner representatives
- Support account growth by educating partners on distribution and sales execution
- Identify opportunities to increase volume in existing accounts
- Help partners implement agreed-upon strategies to drive performance
- Represent the Monster Energy brand in the field through consistent, high-impact interactions
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, route-based selling, or account management (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel locally and work in the field on a regular schedule
- Motivation to learn, coach partners, and drive measurable results
