About the Role
Join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Wholesale/Correspondent lending. You’ll help grow our third-party origination (TPO) channels by transforming warm introductions from events and lead-generation into long-term, high-volume partnerships.
This is a hybrid role requiring three full days per week in our San Francisco, CA or Omaha, NE office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and convert relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondent lenders, and credit unions into consistent production
- Identify new partners and expand existing accounts to increase lending volume
- Present and position a diverse product suite, including traditional mortgage options and equity sharing agreements
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on leads and introductions to drive results
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner growth and ensure a smooth origination experience
Requirements
- Proven mortgage sales experience with a track record of building partnerships
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize outreach, and drive production growth
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with required in-office days
