ALO is looking for a Sales & Service Manager to help bring our business and guest experience strategy to life in-store. You’ll lead with passion for sales performance, guest satisfaction, and developing the team—so every visit feels exceptional from the moment guests walk in.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and guest experience goals while supporting the store leadership team
- Coach and elevate team members to align with ALO’s principles and service standards
- Ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience across the sales floor and back of house
- Stay actively engaged on the floor to assist guests and address needs in real time
- Collaborate on business priorities to improve performance and guest outcomes
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales, customer service, or store leadership
- Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset
- Customer-first approach and ability to manage day-to-day guest experience
- Comfort working in a role that requires frequent movement throughout the store
- Ability to balance business targets with an elevated service culture
