About the Role
Mobily is a nationally authorized AT&T retailer, and we’re looking for a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) to help customers find the right wireless solutions. This role offers strong earning potential through commission plans, along with training and tools to support your success.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store with wireless product and service recommendations
- Build rapport and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
- Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance
- Use training and best practices to improve product knowledge and selling skills
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual communication required)
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Comfort working in a retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and apply coaching and training
