About the Role
Airlock Digital is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Eastern/Great Lakes territory. You’ll be responsible for building and growing relationships with the organization’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees), owning the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline creation to negotiation and closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional enterprise sales plan aligned to company-wide strategy
- Build pipeline through stakeholder mapping, account planning, and targeted outreach
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across long enterprise sales cycles
- Own negotiation and closing for strategic agreements, including coordination with internal teams
- Translate enterprise positioning into actionable tactics for the territory and sales team
- Track progress against enterprise revenue goals and key account targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, including full-cycle ownership
- Track record selling into large organizations with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating enterprise procurement processes
- Ability to create and execute account plans and forecast accurately
- Strong leadership presence and ability to set direction for complex deals
