About the Role
Join The Kroger Fall Internship Program for a 12-week immersive experience designed to help you build real-world skills in finance and supply chain. Rotation dates run from Aug 17 to Dec 4, 2026, with opportunities to work on focused internship assignments and develop professionally alongside experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support finance and supply chain initiatives within corporate and operational teams
- Contribute to projects that strengthen planning, procurement, transportation, inventory, and store operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across areas such as HR, Operations, QA, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Safety
- Demonstrate Kroger’s core values while learning how teams operate in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (student status during the internship)
- Strong interest in finance and/or supply chain operations
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with others in team settings
- Professional communication and a drive to take ownership of assigned work
