About the Role
BJAK is expanding its finance super app and is looking for high-ownership generalists to join the Founder's Office. In this role, you’ll tackle ambiguous business challenges, move quickly across functions, and help launch new financial products, markets, licenses, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app
- Support licensing efforts, market entry, and partner acquisition
- Contribute to office setup, hiring plans, and operating plans
- Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models
- Turn founder-level ideas into clear plans with owners, timelines, and next steps
- Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, operations, hiring, and country teams
- Create briefs, memos, trackers, and execution rhythms to drive progress
- Own urgent business issues end-to-end until resolved
Requirements
- Strong generalist with high ownership, sharp business judgment, and excellent writing
- Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and market dynamics quickly
- Comfort working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution
- Strong ability to structure messy inputs into actionable plans and follow through
- Fast, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Strong English communication and structured thinking
- Startup, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led experience is a plus
