About the Role
As a Transaction Analyst for our Reinsurance Trust team, you’ll deliver high-quality service to corporate trust clients by supporting accurate account administration. You’ll partner with Transaction Managers to ensure contract provisions are monitored and customer questions are handled promptly and correctly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contract provisions and support ongoing account administration
- Respond to client inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Process Reinsurance Trust transactions, including account setup and termination
- Collect and maintain required documents for trust transactions
- Handle cash disbursements and other transaction-related activities
- Collaborate with Transaction Managers to keep transactions moving smoothly
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Ability to manage transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Comfort working with contract language and document requirements
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
