About the Role
MedCare Pediatric is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Houston area. We provide individualized, one-on-one therapy that helps children communicate, build connections, and grow. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality supervision and hands-on support while partnering with families and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality clinical supervision and direct intervention to support client outcomes
- Develop and oversee individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the care team
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as they develop their skills
- Contribute to program growth and help shape services alongside other disciplines
- Use interdisciplinary input to improve treatment effectiveness and ensure meaningful progress
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Board Certification as a BCBA
- Experience providing supervision and evidence-based ABA interventions
- Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach to care
