This is a hands-on role partnering across insights, digital, sales, and category teams to shape how the brand shows up in-market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand stories and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and launch bold campaigns that strengthen brand presence and consumer connection
- Build and support loyalty initiatives designed to increase engagement and repeat purchase
- Use insights to guide planning and optimize marketing performance
- Coordinate with digital, sales, and category stakeholders to align priorities and execution
Requirements
- Experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy, or a closely related role
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing and commercial teams
- Ability to translate consumer and performance insights into actionable plans
- Comfort working on campaign planning, execution, and optimization
