We’re seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to help improve business operations and inform strategic decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze data, map and refine processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to support practical, measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Review current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Collect, organize, and interpret data to support leadership decision-making
- Build reports, dashboards, and other business documentation
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand requirements and priorities
- Assist with developing operational strategies and solutions
- Track project progress and provide clear status updates
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities using available data
- Support process optimization and workflow improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and drive recommendations
