About the Role
9th Way Insignia is seeking a Business Analyst / ATO Support Analyst to support enterprise application development and sustainment for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Academic Affiliations (OAA). You will help sustain and modernize a portfolio of custom-built .NET web applications and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, while supporting data governance and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Support application modernization and sustainment activities across the DMC application portfolio
- Assist with business analysis efforts to identify, document, and validate requirements
- Provide support related to Authorization to Operate (ATO) readiness and compliance activities
- Help coordinate data governance needs and support stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes supporting enterprise applications
Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-focused role
- Familiarity with ATO/authorization processes and security compliance concepts
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly
- Experience supporting enterprise applications (web applications, Power Platform, or similar) is a plus
