About the Role
Simera is a global employment company connecting top talent with remote opportunities through a network of US-based clients. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive new pipeline and support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound to uncover new business opportunities using cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in a CRM to support forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with SaaS sales environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively
