About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who enjoys the challenge of competitive sales and is driven by measurable results. In this role, you’ll help connect with prospective customers and build the pipeline that powers Procare’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales team
  • Reach out to prospects through targeted prospecting activities
  • Track activity and progress in CRM to ensure accurate reporting
  • Partner with sales to advance qualified opportunities through the pipeline
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Procare’s offerings and value proposition

Requirements

  • Proven interest in sales and a drive to achieve goals
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt messaging to different audiences
  • Basic CRM and pipeline tracking experience (or willingness to learn)
