About the Role
Simera is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our pipeline. You’ll partner with our sales team to identify promising prospects, drive outbound outreach, and support growth across B2B opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach)
- Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel to support successful handoff to closing teams
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the CRM and keep data up to date
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with SaaS sales environments is preferred
- Strong communication and prospecting skills with a results-driven mindset
