Simera is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive new opportunities and support company growth. You’ll work with a network of US-based clients, focusing on B2B lead generation and pipeline development for SaaS and related solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound using cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social outreach
- Qualify, nurture, and progress leads through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and follow-up strategies
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong lead generation skills and comfort with outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with SaaS sales processes is a plus
- Proficiency using a CRM to track activity and outcomes
