About the Role

Fin is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base by connecting with businesses that want faster, more effective AI-powered support. You’ll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and building relationships that move prospects through the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify companies that can benefit from Fin’s AI Customer Agent
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social channels
  • Schedule and support discovery calls for the sales team
  • Build and maintain accurate CRM records to track activity and pipeline progress
  • Partner with sales and marketing to improve outreach messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (SDR/BDR preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects
  • Comfort working with targets and measurable goals
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and the sales funnel
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales outreach workflows
