About the Role
Fin is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base by connecting with businesses that want faster, more effective AI-powered support. You’ll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and building relationships that move prospects through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify companies that can benefit from Fin’s AI Customer Agent
- Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social channels
- Schedule and support discovery calls for the sales team
- Build and maintain accurate CRM records to track activity and pipeline progress
- Partner with sales and marketing to improve outreach messaging and targeting
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (SDR/BDR preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects
- Comfort working with targets and measurable goals
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and the sales funnel
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales outreach workflows
