About the Role
Simera is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build pipeline and support company growth. You’ll work with a network of US-based clients and focus on identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound using cold calling, targeted email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in CRM to support follow-up and reporting
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are passed on efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with the SaaS space is strongly preferred
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, growth-minded attitude
