About the Role
Mantis helps organizations improve building performance by connecting energy, facility operations, and sustainability. As a Client Relations Specialist for our Energy Advisory team, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients and help ensure their energy and facility goals move forward smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the advisory engagement lifecycle
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams supporting energy efficiency and building optimization initiatives
- Support discovery and scoping activities by gathering relevant facility and energy information
- Help track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to keep work on schedule
- Assist with presentations and documentation related to advisory findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account support, or client relations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in clear terms
- Comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Basic understanding of building systems and energy concepts (HVAC, controls, or energy efficiency) is a plus
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document management)
