Solutions Consultant (Mid-Market) — Remote (APAC Hours)

About the Role

Join our growing Mid-Market team as a Solutions Consultant supporting small to mid-sized property managers. This role is open to candidates residing in the Philippines with a valid work permit and operates during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time).

You’ll partner with prospects as they discover PriceLabs and guide them toward becoming active users, helping accelerate expansion across APAC, AUS, and the US markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new property managers throughout onboarding
• Lead virtual product demonstrations to turn prospects into active customers
• Help prospects with initial setup and early configuration to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to support discovery, education, and conversion efforts

Requirements

• Experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing onboarding
• Strong ability to present and demonstrate software solutions virtually
• Comfort working with small to mid-sized business stakeholders
• Availability during APAC hours (4:30 AM to 1:00 PM Philippines Time)
• Residency in the Philippines with a valid work permit
