About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across the United States. Your focus will be building strong, long-term relationships and driving measurable growth by maximizing the value customers receive from Netcraft’s services.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined customer portfolio across the US
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and value
- Coordinate with internal teams to support account success and outcomes
- Track account performance and contribute to retention and expansion goals
Requirements
- Experience managing corporate accounts and client relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive value through relationship-based account management
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed environment
