About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across the United States. Your focus will be building strong, long-term relationships and driving measurable growth by maximizing the value customers receive from Netcraft’s services.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined customer portfolio across the US
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and value
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support account success and outcomes
  • Track account performance and contribute to retention and expansion goals

Requirements

  • Experience managing corporate accounts and client relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive value through relationship-based account management
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed environment
