About the Role
Ossium is seeking a Clinical Production Operator I to support our Clinical Production team. In this role, you will help prepare human tissue products for clinical use by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical production tasks according to approved SOPs and batch/production documentation
- Perform work in an ISO 7 cleanroom while maintaining strict aseptic technique
- Follow regulatory and quality requirements to support compliant, patient-ready products
- Complete in-process activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate clearly with team members to support smooth production operations
Requirements
- Experience working in controlled environments and/or cleanroom settings preferred
- Strong aseptic technique and comfort following detailed procedures
- High attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to follow quality and regulatory standards consistently
