About the Role
Vitalief is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Change Management Consultant to support clients such as academic medical centers and multi-site community hospital systems. You will lead current-state operational assessments for clinical trial execution and help teams identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for clinical trial operational assessments across technology, organization, process, people, and finance
- Conduct comprehensive current-state reviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Support change management efforts that improve how trials are planned, executed, and monitored
- Partner with stakeholders across oncology and broader clinical research operations to align on priorities and outcomes
- Contribute to client deliverables that drive sustainable operational improvement
Requirements
- Strong background in clinical research operations and/or clinical trial management
- Proven experience leading operational assessments and process improvement initiatives in healthcare or research settings
- Demonstrated change management expertise, including stakeholder engagement and adoption planning
- Knowledge of technology and operating model considerations that affect trial performance
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multi-location healthcare organizations
