About the Role
Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings while following individualized programs designed by the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans with fidelity in home, school, and/or clinic environments
- Work one-on-one with children to support skill development and behavior goals
- Collect and document behavioral data to track progress
- Follow supervision guidance and participate in ongoing coaching
- Maintain a positive, supportive approach that prioritizes safety and dignity
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred or willingness to work toward certification
- Experience working with children and/or in behavioral health settings is a plus
- Strong communication and reliability for after-school and flexible scheduling
- Comfort working across home-based and clinic-based cases
