About the Role
Circle Care Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, one-on-one ABA support for children on the autism spectrum. You’ll implement individualized programs in home, school, and clinic settings with strong supervision and clear guidance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA services one-on-one with children across home, school, or clinic environments
- Implement behavior intervention plans as written by the clinical team
- Support skill development and help children reach individualized goals
- Collect and document session data to track progress
- Follow safety and care standards while maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere
Requirements
- RBT certification preferred; candidates working toward RBT credential are welcome
- Experience or training in ABA/behavioral health is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-school availability
- Comfort working with children and collaborating with families and clinicians
