About the Role
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations and support the Clinical Director in driving high-quality, patient-centered care. This role partners with physicians, nursing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve patient access, operational performance, departmental productivity, fiscal integrity, and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support coordination and delivery of high-quality patient care across daily operations
- Lead efficient patient flow processes, including admissions, transfers, and discharges, to ensure smooth transitions and optimal use of resources
- Facilitate team meetings to promote engagement, reinforce safety standards, and strengthen the patient and family experience
- Manage operational effectiveness, including staffing coordination and payroll oversight
- Support regulatory compliance and ensure clinical operations align with applicable standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve departmental productivity and business development priorities
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare operations setting
- Strong understanding of patient flow, admissions/discharge processes, and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, nursing teams, and management
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance
