About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Collegiate Marketing Lead to help shape and grow our collegiate presence in the Kansas City territory. This role is focused on leadership, training, and executing opportunities that connect our brand with students—on and off campus.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall direction and training for the Collegiate Marketing program
- Identify, negotiate, and execute brand opportunities within the assigned territory
- Engage with student life across on-campus and off-campus communities
- Build and manage relationships with influential individuals and student organizations
- Support program execution through consistent communication and field presence
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with student communities
- Comfort negotiating and coordinating opportunities across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to lead, train, and guide team members in a program environment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, independent work style
