About the Role
Provident is seeking a Temporary Community Event & Partner Specialist in Redwood City, CA to strengthen our presence in local neighborhoods. You’ll help drive business to our branch locations by supporting community events, building brand awareness, and coordinating partner opportunities that align with our annual goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate local community events and partner opportunities
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including staffing support from branch personnel
- Manage event setup, on-site engagement, and takedown
- Interact with consumers at events and promote Provident products and services
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to assess event performance and effectiveness
- Help develop new product promotions based on event insights
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort engaging with the public and representing a brand professionally
- Basic project/event coordination experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
