About the Role
Northmarq is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Legal & Compliance team in our Portland, Oregon office. In this role, you’ll help support our compliance management framework and contribute to efforts that ensure we meet applicable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring and supporting the company’s compliance management processes
- Help track compliance obligations and support internal adherence to policies and procedures
- Support documentation and reporting related to compliance activities
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance stakeholders to identify gaps and support corrective actions
- Maintain organized records to support audits, reviews, and internal governance needs
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk, regulatory support, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with structured processes
- Clear written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Comfort working with internal teams and handling confidential information
- Proficiency with common office tools and document management
