SpaceXAI is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with an engineering background to help lead hands-on project execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning and coordination for construction projects from start to finish
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and priorities
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently
• Communicate project status clearly and concisely with teammates and leadership
• Identify risks early and drive timely solutions to maintain momentum

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Strong engineering background and ability to apply technical thinking to execution
