About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to oversee structural contractors and crews building advanced structural infrastructure for our Memphis Data Center. In a small, highly motivated team, you’ll help drive engineering excellence through strong prioritization, clear communication, and consistent on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate structural contractors and on-site crews to support timely, high-quality construction
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities related to structural infrastructure
- Ensure work is executed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project requirements
- Communicate progress, risks, and needs clearly to internal stakeholders
- Support efficient sequencing of trades and resolve on-site issues as they arise
Requirements
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent overseeing structural work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share accurate information concisely
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
