Construction Superintendent (Night Shift) – Structural | Onsite

About the Role

SpaceXAI is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead structural construction activities for our Memphis Data Center. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing contractors and crews to ensure safe, high-quality execution during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate structural contractors and construction crews to support on-time progress
• Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, including sequencing, priorities, and issue resolution
• Ensure work is performed to applicable safety standards, plans, and project requirements
• Communicate clearly with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to share status, risks, and decisions
• Maintain strong prioritization and execution discipline to keep work moving efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising structural construction projects and leading trades/crews
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information concisely and accurately
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working a night shift schedule and managing active jobsite operations
