About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site electrical contractors and crews supporting the buildout of our Memphis Data Center. This is a hands-on role in a small, high-motivation team where engineering excellence, clear communication, and strong prioritization directly impact delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical contractors and field crews installing electrical infrastructure for the Memphis Data Center
- Coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities to keep work aligned with project priorities and timelines
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety expectations across electrical workstreams
- Communicate status and key updates clearly with internal stakeholders and the construction team
- Support effective handoffs between trades and resolve field issues as they arise
Requirements
- Proven experience leading electrical construction activities (supervision of contractors/crews)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share accurate, concise information
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and maintain strong prioritization under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety on construction sites
