About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities during the night shift in Memphis, TN. In this role, you’ll help drive safe, high-quality execution while collaborating closely with a small, engineering-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise night-shift electrical construction work and coordinate daily jobsite priorities
- Ensure work is completed to required standards for quality, safety, and schedule
- Direct and support on-site execution, keeping teams aligned on goals and deliverables
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership, providing concise updates on progress and issues
- Track jobsite needs and help resolve field challenges in a timely manner
Requirements
- Experience supervising electrical construction work (field leadership preferred)
- Strong prioritization and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on-site
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information accurately and succinctly
- Comfort working the night shift and leading on-site teams directly
