About the Role
Nationwide is seeking a Consultant, Annuity Data Analyst to help connect annuity business priorities with technology, data governance, and enterprise data teams. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that turn business strategy into practical data, technology, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with annuity business stakeholders, technology teams, the Enterprise Data Office (EDO), and Data Governance to deliver end-to-end data initiatives
- Translate business strategy into actionable data requirements and solution recommendations
- Drive complex analytics and data workstreams with a high degree of independence
- Use annuity domain knowledge to shape data approaches that support operational and technology needs
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience delivering data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated annuity domain expertise (or closely related financial services experience)
- Experience collaborating across business, technology, and governance stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams independently
