About the Role
Join the Monster Energy Consumer Engagement Team and help bring bold energy to local events across the Baltimore area. This role focuses on connecting with fans, driving product sampling, and supporting a national marketing program through high-energy, on-the-ground brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Travel to Monster Energy branded events and activate the brand through sampling
- Engage event attendees and create excitement around Monster products
- Represent the brand in a fun, confident, and authentic way
- Support a national marketing initiative by executing event goals and activities
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with people in busy event environments
- Strong communication and customer-facing presence
- Ability to travel locally to event locations as scheduled
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
