About the Role
Join Monster Energy in Kansas City as a Consumer Engagement Ambassador. This role supports our Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) program—bringing our products to people, building brand awareness, and creating memorable on-the-ground experiences.
Responsibilities
- Represent Monster Energy at high-energy events and pop-up activations
- Engage consumers, drive product trial, and spark genuine conversations
- Support street-level retail execution to strengthen brand presence
- Help ensure activations run smoothly, accurately, and on-brand
- Uphold a positive, energetic attitude that reflects the Monster mindset
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with consumers in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Reliable availability to support event and activation schedules
- Ability to represent a brand authentically and enthusiastically
