About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Consumer Engagement Ambassador to help bring our Strategic Brands to life in the communities where they matter. As part of the Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) program, you’ll support activations that put products in customers’ hands and strengthen brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Support event activations and pop-up experiences designed to drive product engagement.
- Help execute street-level retail merchandising and on-the-ground brand presence.
- Engage consumers, answer questions, and encourage product trial.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure activations run smoothly and reflect brand standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with the public.
- Enthusiasm for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to represent the brand consistently.
