Responsibilities
- Represent Monster Energy with high energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset
- Support consumer engagement activations including pop-ups and event-based brand experiences
- Help drive street-level retail execution to ensure products and brand presence are visible
- Coordinate with local teams to maintain consistent program standards across locations
- Provide feedback on consumer reactions and on-the-ground opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with consumers in person
- Ability to work in dynamic, high-energy environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to represent a brand professionally
- Willingness to support retail and event activities as needed
