About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Consumer Engagement Ambassador to help bring our brand to life where it matters most. The Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) program is our national engine for getting products into people’s hands, strengthening brand awareness, and creating memorable on-the-ground experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support high-energy events and on-site activations that connect consumers with the Monster brand
- Execute street-level retail engagement to help drive product visibility and customer interest
- Represent Monster Energy with an energetic, authentic presence and a customer-first mindset
- Help ensure activations run smoothly and align with program goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse audiences
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and stay enthusiastic during events
- Reliability and professionalism with an ability to follow activation standards
- Willingness to support on-the-ground marketing efforts across the assigned area
