About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Consumer Engagement Ambassador to help bring our brand to life in Oklahoma City. You’ll be part of the Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) Program—our national engine for putting products in customers’ hands and building brand awareness through memorable, high-energy experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support street-level retail execution and on-site brand activations
- Engage with consumers to drive product trial and first-time interest
- Help organize and participate in high-energy events and pop-up activations
- Represent Monster Energy with an authentic, energetic, and team-first approach
- Assist with day-of execution to ensure a smooth consumer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and at events
- Ability to represent a brand enthusiastically and professionally
- Reliability and willingness to support in-person activations
