About the Role
We’re seeking a Corporate HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions across our organization. In this role, you’ll help manage employee lifecycle processes, support corporate and branch teams, and ensure HR programs and records remain compliant. You’ll report to the Corporate HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to corporate employees and branch HR teams.
- Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA and other protected leaves, in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Perform HR compliance audits and maintain complete, accurate employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation for corporate employees.
- Train managers and HR users on HR processes and related systems.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, or HR compliance.
- Working knowledge of FMLA and related leave administration practices.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Ability to assist multiple stakeholders across corporate and branch teams.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $75,000–$80,000.
