As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruiting efforts across our Business and Product organizations, partnering with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor. You’ll use market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring priorities and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting support for roles across Business and Product teams
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, define talent requirements, and align on strategy
- Provide market and talent insights to inform headcount planning and candidate evaluation
- Use data to recommend process improvements and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure a great candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including leading searches for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong consultative skills working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Comfort using recruiting metrics and talent intelligence to drive recommendations
- Excellent communication and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
