About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking an HR Generalist to support Production Operations in Blythewood, SC. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, people-first workplace by partnering with leaders to support day-to-day HR needs and production-focused workforce support.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for production operations, including onboarding coordination and employee lifecycle guidance
- Assist with employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership
- Support recruiting and staffing needs for production roles, including coordination with hiring managers
- Help maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR reporting
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across production areas
- Support training and compliance-related activities as directed by HR leadership
Requirements
- Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
- Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, employee relations, documentation)
- Excellent communication and the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, production-focused environment
- Proficiency with HR systems and productivity tools
