About the Role
Align is looking for an experienced Corporate Securities Paralegal to support our Corporate Securities team. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal with strong experience in a regulated, public-company environment, including corporate governance, SEC reporting, and global entity management.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance operations and Board/executive activities for a global public company
- Assist with SEC reporting and related compliance workflows
- Help manage global corporate entities and maintain documentation to support ongoing governance needs
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, Human Resources, Investor Relations, and other teams to support regulatory compliance
- Provide trusted operational support using strong judgment and attention to detail
Requirements
- Substantial paralegal experience supporting corporate securities, governance, and/or SEC reporting for a public company
- Experience working in a regulated environment with strong organizational and compliance skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage documentation accurately
- Comfort supporting Board and executive-level operational needs
