About the Role
Success Academy is hiring a Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support a fast-growing, high-performing Talent Acquisition team. As we expand our network of public charter schools, you’ll help attract and engage top talent across corporate and school operations—using a proactive, data-informed approach.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for corporate roles using targeted outreach and sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role needs and priority timelines
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support high-volume hiring
- Use data to track sourcing outcomes and continuously improve campaign performance
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidates through key steps in the process
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (high-volume preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at scale
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with measurable goals
- Proficiency using recruiting tools and data to inform decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
