About the Role
Join Microsoft Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) as a Critical Environment Electrical Engineer and help deliver the electrical infrastructure that powers Microsoft’s online services. You’ll contribute to the foundational technologies behind platforms used by millions of people worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, maintenance, and improvement of critical electrical systems for data center environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable power delivery and operational continuity
- Apply engineering best practices to troubleshoot issues and drive preventative improvements
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous learning across the organization
Requirements
- Electrical engineering experience with critical environment or data center systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operations environment
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and communicating technical details clearly
