About the Role
Clerky is looking for a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist who serves as the company voice for startup founders, investors, and attorneys. In this remote role, you’ll help customers complete time-sensitive legal paperwork by delivering clear, empathetic, and highly precise written support.
Responsibilities
- Write thoughtful, empathetic email responses to customer questions using Help Scout
- Create and maintain help center articles, and propose new topics based on recurring customer needs
- Partner with engineering to troubleshoot software issues customers encounter
- Use Clerky’s product to help develop and manage improved ways for customers to complete legal paperwork
- Support the product team by testing new features and bug fixes and sharing customer feedback
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate insights to the right teammates
Requirements

- Logical, analytical thinking and the ability to work through nuanced questions
- Exceptional written English with the ability to communicate precisely and succinctly
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with iterative feedback
- Ability to work remotely and independently
