Responsibilities

  • Support customers by answering questions and providing clear, accurate guidance
  • Help customers navigate available powertrain options, including all-electric and range extender solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset across every interaction, from pre-purchase questions to ongoing support

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
  • Customer service experience or a proven track record of helping people effectively
