- Support customers by answering questions and providing clear, accurate guidance
- Help customers navigate available powertrain options, including all-electric and range extender solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Maintain a customer-first mindset across every interaction, from pre-purchase questions to ongoing support
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
- Customer service experience or a proven track record of helping people effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating across teams
