About the Role
D-Fend Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Program Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of our Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) technologies for United States federal government customers, including DHS. You’ll help ensure successful program lifecycle execution while aligning cybersecurity, configuration, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own program coordination for C-UAS technology delivery to federal customers
- Manage program lifecycle activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track
- Coordinate cybersecurity requirements and partner with internal teams to support compliance
- Oversee configuration management activities to maintain consistency across deployments
- Serve as a key point of contact to drive customer success and adoption of delivered solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating programs or projects in a customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Background working with cybersecurity and/or configuration management processes
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting U.S. federal customers is preferred
